Relating to state-issued authorizations; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Requires state agency that issues certain authorizations to persons to suspend authorization upon receipt of court order that person has been convicted of specified crimes relating to solicitation or prostitution. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
